Appointments

Meet & Greets

These appointments are free 15 minute sessions where we can connect and briefly discuss your health concerns, your goals, and what you are hoping to get out of naturopathic care. This is an opportunity for me to learn a bit about your case and for you to ask any questions you may have, so we can determine if we are a good fit to work together.

From there, if it feels like the right match, I can help you get started by booking your initial visit. If your case would be better supported by a different practitioner, I am also happy to guide you in the right direction and provide a referral.

Initial Naturopathic Visits

During an initial naturopathic visit, I take a comprehensive and collaborative approach to understand you as a whole person rather than focusing only on isolated symptoms. Before we meet, you will have already completed your intake and consent forms, which outline your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals. This allows us to spend less time gathering basic information and more time connecting the dots by identifying patterns, underlying contributors, and potential root causes.

During our visit, we will review the information you have provided and I will ask any follow up questions that come up based on your responses. From there, we will work together to decide on appropriate next steps, which may include further assessment, lifestyle adjustments, or targeted testing. I will also introduce initial treatment options, with a focus on creating a personalized and realistic plan that aligns with your needs and priorities.

Follow Ups

Follow up appointments are an important part of the naturopathic process, allowing us to build on your progress and continue refining your care. Your second visit is often just as in depth as the first, as we will review any lab work in detail and begin applying targeted treatments based on those results. We will also check in on any initial recommendations or therapies that were started after your first visit to see how you are responding.

Ongoing follow up visits after that are designed to support you as you implement your treatment plan. During these appointments, we can address any challenges you may be experiencing, make adjustments to supplements or protocols as needed, and continue to fine tune your plan so it remains effective, realistic, and aligned with your goals.

Acupuncture & Cupping

Acupuncture and cupping therapy can be a foundational part of your treatment plan, supporting your body’s natural ability to heal and regulate itself. Research shows that acupuncture works by influencing the body’s internal systems responsible for healing, and adaptation, helping to restore equilibrium while offering simple, effective tools to support your overall health. These therapies can promote natural pain relief, reduce stress, improve circulation, and help relieve pressure on joints and nerves, making them a versatile and supportive addition to your care.
